Owens and Xley Consults – Our client, a luxury fashion and lifestyle company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The PA will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to the Creative Director.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate and prioritize appointments, ensuring optimal time utilization and minimal conflicts
  • Draft and prepare emails, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD/CEO
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, ensuring that the MD/CEO is well-prepared.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective decision-making
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions

 

Skills and Requirements

  • BSc. / HND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours as needed.

Remuneration
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
