Mikano International Limited is a Nigerian company in the power generation, real estate, and construction sectors. This company offers sales, maintenance, assembly, and distribution of power generation products, real estate development, and sales of construction equipment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outdoor & Indoor Sales Representative

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking social media, etc
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in power generation Company (sales of Generators)
• BSc, HND, and OND in Business Administration or Marketing
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Offices, ERP
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to drive and sound knowledge of Lagos network roads.

Salary & Benefits
Salary is negotiable, including Sales Commission, HMO coverage, Pension, Leave Allowance, etc.
