Role: HR OFFICER

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Candidate must be able to uphold company’s policies
• Must have an idea of payroll policy
• Prepare necessary HR reports
• Handle disputes
• Handle Recruitment process
• Perform other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS
• A Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
• 3 years’ Experience as Human Resource
• CIPM Certification is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal people-oriented and result driven
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Must be willing to resume immediately.
