Qualifications and Experience
-A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering, or related fields.
-Additional qualifications in management or business studies is an added added advantage
-Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, in RPET, to understand the specific challenges and opportunities in this industry.
-Proven experience in leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to manage teams, projects, and achieve performance targets.
-Deep understanding of the recycling process, including sorting, washing, SSP, and reforming processes.
-Skilled in optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, including familiarity with OEE, 5S methodology, and SMED.
-Expertise in quality control measures, understanding of statistical process control, and ability to implement CAPA (Process Capability Performance Index) effectively.
-Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to the manufacturing and recycling of PET materials.
