As a Customer Service Representative at Red Couch Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

 

*Key Responsibilities*:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
– Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information.
– Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
– Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
– Provide feedback on processes and customer interactions to improve overall service quality.
– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

 

Qualifications:
– Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
– Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– BSc, HND and OND.
