Job Title: Junior Design Architect
Field: Design
Reports to: Lead Design Architect
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: N80,000
Our client, a design/architect company in Lekki is looking to hire a Junior Design Architect to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create as-built drawing
● Work with the interior designer to produce a proposed design
● Create 3D designs and detailed working drawings (lightning plans, tiles, shop drawings, furniture layouts)
● Visit site daily
● Prepare and submit daily report to Creative Directors
● Perform any other duties as assigned by the Creative Director.
Qualifications:
BSc/HND in Architecture.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
● Excellent understanding of building process, materials, detailing and sustainable systems
● Ability to think and create in 3-dimensions
● Ability to write specifications, and draw up schedules for required project
● Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs, e.g., Photoshop.

● Strong visual communication skills and the ability to source relatable imagery to support concepts
● Excellent research and organizational skills
● Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
● Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
● Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously
