JOB TITLE: MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL (M&E) PROJECT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY: M & E Project Manager will provide overall project management support for all projects. To plan, budget, monitor, execute & oversee all project aspects and ensure that scope, cost and project direction is on schedule.
KEY TASKS: Planning and Defining Scope, Activity Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning, Developing Schedules, Time Estimating, Cost Estimating, Developing a Budget, Documentation, Creating Charts and Schedules, Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress, Team Leadership, Strategic Influencing, Business Partnering, Working with Vendors, Scalability, Interoperability and Portability Analysis, Controlling Quality, Benefits Realization. M&E design.
REQUIREMENTS
· A degree in Engineering
· 8-10 years hands-on experience in M&E field
· Proven project management experience
· Project management certification will be an added advantage
