Key Responsibilities
Partner with CEO to define, prioritize and realize product roadmap
Managing in-house engineering team, contracted development partners, and head the integrations of partner API’s to our platform
Driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development team
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of dev experience building large-scale software applications in Fintech, Banking, Healthcare, Telecoms, SaaS, OEM or IT Services.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Experience developing strategy for using technological resources, and evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA and/or M.Sc Degree
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Salary
N350,000 – N650,000 Monthly.
