Job Description
• We need a candidate that will efficiently manage the financial records and transactions within the business.
Job Responsibilities
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct books.
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements.
• Prepare and process quotations and invoices.
• Manage the financial paper work and filing system using necessary applications.
• Ensure that accounts are balanced and reconciled.
• Keep track of the income and the expenditure
Job Qualification and Requirements
Minimum of OND in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
2+ years experience in similar capacity. Experience in a factory environment is a plus.
ICAN / ACA qualification is a plus.
Skilled in using MS Office, particularly excel, and popular accounting software such as Quickbooks.
Good data entry skills.
Eye for detail, and high degree of accuracy.
In-depth knowledge of necessary bookkeeping procedures, best practices, and terminology.
Ability to display a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Must be residing close to Asese in Ogun State.
