Overview
• The ideal candidate will provide top-level customer relationship service for the company.
• He/she should be well-organized and has good Tele sales and cold calling skills.
• Lastly, this individual should be able to sell the company’s visionto clients easily.
Responsibilities / Job Description
• Respond and attends to customers’ complaints
• Aid clients when they lost their way using the platform
• Making calls to potential clients
• Calls and follow up to new users of the platform
• Set up demo meetings for the sales department.
Qualifications
• OND, HND, B.Sc Degrees or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Proven experience working in similar role
• Experience in managing multiple priorities.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge in the tech space
