Job Title: Commercial Broiler and Farm Supervisor
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain optimum bio-security on the farm.
• Ensure safety management as enshrined is strictly adhered to.
• Maintain record of daily farm activities capturing all possible activities of the day.
• Discharge all duties as reeled out by the Head of Commercial Broiler Farm Operations.
• Ensure birds are well managed to reduce medication.
• Ensure litters are adequately maintained.
• Assign duties to Farm Attendants as you deem it fit.
• Supervise the activities and give performance appraisal of your subordinates.
• Ensure that the well being of the birds are not compromised.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P), Safety and hygiene standards of the farm.
• Any other duties assigned.
Education & Experience
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the Nigerian Labour Law.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the NLL.
• Must be physically fit.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
